TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms before using our website or placing an order. By visiting mostswag.com, submitting a quote request, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- WHO WE ARE
Most Swag is a trade name of Union Sewing LLC, an apparel decorating company based in Illinois. We provide embroidery, screen printing, custom patches, PVC patches, DTF printing, leather patches, puff printing, and private labeling services on premium apparel. All orders are fulfilled through our network of professional decoration and fulfillment partners.
- ORDERS AND QUOTES
2.1 All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may change based on artwork complexity, garment availability, or quantity adjustments confirmed during the order review.
2.2 A quote is not a binding agreement. Orders are confirmed only when you accept the final quote in writing and provide any required payment or deposit.
2.3 We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
2.4 Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the decoration method and product. We will communicate these during the quoting process.
- ARTWORK AND FILE REQUIREMENTS
3.1 You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork files. Accepted file types and resolution requirements will be communicated at order confirmation.
3.2 Most Swag is not responsible for poor print or embroidery quality caused by low-resolution, improperly formatted, or otherwise unsuitable files you submit.
3.3 If we assist with artwork, you must review and approve all digital mockups before production begins. Approving a mockup means you accept the design and placement as shown.
3.4 You confirm that you own or have the rights to use any logos, designs, trademarks, or artwork you submit. You take full legal responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from your submitted artwork. Most Swag accepts no liability for this.
3.5 We reserve the right to refuse any artwork that is offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.
- DIGITAL MOCKUPS AND APPROVALS
4.1 Digital mockups are visual representations of the final product. Colors, thread tones, and appearance may vary slightly between the mockup and the finished garment due to screen displays versus physical materials. This is normal and not grounds for a refund or reprint.
4.2 Production does not begin until you provide written approval of the digital mockup. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and longer turnaround times.
4.3 Most Swag is not responsible for errors in the finished product that were present in and approved by you on the digital mockup, including spelling errors, wrong colors, or incorrect placement.
- PRODUCTION AND TURNAROUND TIMES
5.1 Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production begins after we receive your approved artwork, confirmed order details, and required payment.
5.2 Most Swag is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including supplier delays, carrier delays, material shortages, weather, or customs processing.
5.3 Rush orders may be available at our discretion and may carry additional fees. Rush timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.4 Most Swag is not responsible for losses or costs caused by late delivery, including missed event deadlines or promotional dates.
- QUANTITY VARIATIONS
6.1 Due to standard industry practices, orders may be fulfilled with a quantity up to 5% over or under what was ordered. This is a normal industry tolerance and does not constitute a breach of contract.
6.2 You will only be charged for the quantity you actually receive. If a shortage exceeds the 5% tolerance, we will work with you on a reprint or fair resolution.
- GARMENTS AND BLANKS
7.1 Most Swag sources garments through established supply channels. We will make every effort to fulfill orders using the specified brand, style, and color. If a substitution is needed due to stock availability, we will notify you and get your approval before proceeding.
7.2 Minor color variation between production runs is normal due to manufacturer dye lots. We are not responsible for these variations.
7.3 Most Swag is not responsible for defects in the blank garment itself, including fabric issues, stitching problems, or sizing inconsistencies. Our responsibility covers the decoration we apply, not the garment underneath it.
7.4 If you supply your own garments for decoration, we will handle them with care. However, we are not liable for damage beyond the cost of the decoration service if something goes wrong during the decoration process. Client-supplied garments are decorated at your own risk.
- PAYMENT TERMS
8.1 Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins depending on order size.
8.2 Any remaining balance is due when the order is complete and before it ships, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
8.3 We reserve the right to hold orders until payment is received in full.
8.4 All prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.
- CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
9.1 Orders can be cancelled or changed without penalty before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible and you may be responsible for costs incurred up to that point.
9.2 To cancel or modify an order, contact us in writing immediately at orders@mostswag.com. We do not accept verbal cancellations or modifications.
9.3 Custom orders that have entered production are non-refundable.
- RETURNS, REPRINTS, AND REFUNDS
10.1 All sales are final due to the custom nature of decorated apparel. We do not accept returns on decorated garments.
10.2 If your order has a verified production error on our end, meaning an error that was not in your approved mockup, we will reprint or refund the affected items at our discretion.
10.3 Claims for production errors must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery with photos showing the issue. Send claims to support@mostswag.com.
10.4 We are not responsible for errors that came from artwork or mockups you approved, or from files that did not meet our requirements.
10.5 Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
11.1 Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order.
11.2 Once your order is handed to the carrier, Most Swag is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage during transit. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
11.3 Risk of loss and title pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.
11.4 For international shipments, you are solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and any other charges the destination country may impose. We have no control over and cannot predict these amounts, as they are determined by customs authorities upon arrival. Failure to pay these charges may result in your order being held, returned, or destroyed by customs at your expense.
11.5 Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Most Swag is not responsible for losses caused by late delivery.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 All content on mostswag.com, including text, images, graphics, and logos, belongs to Union Sewing LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable law.
12.2 You retain ownership of any artwork or logos you submit. By submitting artwork, you give Most Swag a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order.
12.3 Most Swag may use photos of completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of your order.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1 Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
13.2 Most Swag is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or reputational harm, even if we were aware such damages were possible.
13.3 Most Swag is not liable for failing to meet our obligations when that failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Illinois.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately when posted to our website. Continuing to use our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
