Vuori’s fabrics are significantly thinner and more sensitive to heat and pressure than most activewear brands. Standard embroidery settings, heat transfer temperatures, and press pressures that work fine on other blanks can permanently distort a Vuori piece if not adjusted correctly. Our team dials in every setting specifically for the Vuori style being decorated before production begins.
Absolutely. We embroider directly onto Vuori apparel on every order we run. The key is in the preparation. We use a specific tear away backing weight and adjust the stitch density and underlay settings for each Vuori style before a single stitch is made.
