SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how Most Swag, operated by Union Sewing LLC, handles the shipment and delivery of all orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION

1.1 All orders are custom decorated and require production time before shipment. We do not ship from existing inventory.

1.2 Production begins only after all of the following are confirmed:

  • Approved digital mockup
  • Confirmed order details including quantity, garment, and decoration specs
  • Full payment or agreed deposit

1.3 Estimated production turnaround times are as follows:

  • Embroidery: 7-10 business days
  • Screen Printing: 7-10 business days
  • DTF Printing: 5-7 business days
  • Custom Patches (Embroidered/Woven): 10-14 business days
  • PVC Patches: 14-21 business days
  • Leather Patches: 10-14 business days
  • Puff Printing: 7-10 business days
  • Private Labeling: 10-14 business days

1.4 These timelines are estimates and begin from the date production is confirmed, not the date of your initial inquiry. They do not include shipping transit time.

1.5 During busy periods, production times may be longer. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a significant delay.

  1. SHIPPING CARRIERS AND METHODS

2.1 Orders ship via carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used depends on order size, destination, and delivery requirements.

2.2 Shipping method options and costs will be confirmed before your order is finalized.

2.3 Expedited shipping may be available on request and will carry additional charges. Expedited shipping only affects transit time, not production time.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

3.1 Shipping costs are based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Final costs are confirmed before the order is locked in.

3.2 Large bulk orders may require freight shipping. Freight costs will be quoted separately.

3.3 Most Swag does not mark up shipping costs. You are charged the actual carrier rate.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

4.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at the time of shipment based on carrier estimates. These are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4.2 Your total lead time is production time plus shipping transit time.

4.3 Most Swag is not responsible for losses, costs, or damages caused by delayed delivery, including missed event deadlines or business commitments.

4.4 If your order has a hard deadline, let us know at the time of inquiry so we can tell you upfront whether that timeline is realistic before production begins.

  1. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

5.1 Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

5.2 Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after pickup.

5.3 If you have not received tracking information within the expected window, contact us at support@mostswag.com or (312) 620-0393.

  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

6.1 We ship to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia.

6.2 Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time and higher shipping costs compared to the continental US.

6.3 We cannot ship to PO Boxes for larger orders. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

7.1 We ship internationally on a case by case basis. Contact us at orders@mostswag.com or (312) 620-0393 before placing an international order to discuss requirements and get a shipping quote.

7.2 International shipping rates and transit times vary by destination and are quoted individually.

7.3 IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES: The recipient is solely responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are completely outside of Most Swag’s control and cannot be predicted or estimated in advance. The amount owed is determined solely by the customs authority of the destination country upon arrival of the goods. We have no visibility into these fees until the shipment arrives at its destination.

7.4 Most Swag is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Clearance times vary by country and are outside our control.

7.5 If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient did not pay import duties or customs fees, the client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any fees incurred. Refunds will not be issued in these situations.

7.6 By placing an international order, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for all import-related charges and customs requirements in your country.

  1. RISK OF LOSS

8.1 Risk of loss and title for all orders pass to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier. Once picked up, Most Swag is not responsible for what happens to the shipment.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

9.1 If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Take photos immediately upon receipt
  • Keep all original packaging
  • Contact us at support@mostswag.com within 3 business days of delivery

9.2 We will help you file a claim with the carrier. Resolution is subject to the carrier’s claims process and timeline.

9.3 If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors and building management, then contact the carrier with your tracking number. If still unresolved after 2 business days, reach out to us at support@mostswag.com or (312) 620-0393.

9.4 Most Swag is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

9.5 For shipments confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you toward a fair resolution. Standard production timelines apply to any reprinted orders.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

10.1 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Most Swag is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided.

10.2 If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Contact us at support@mostswag.com or (312) 620-0393 immediately if you need to correct an address before your order ships.

  1. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

11.1 Large orders may ship in multiple packages or stages. Each package will have its own tracking number.

11.2 We will let you know before shipping if your order is being split.
