About Bulk Custom Patches
A custom patch is a pre made decoration piece that gets applied to a garment by sewing, heat sealing, or iron on adhesive. Unlike embroidery which stitches directly into the fabric, a patch is produced separately and then attached to the garment as a finished piece. Not every patch is made the same way. Embroidered patches use thread stitched onto a twill or felt backing for a classic textured finish. Woven patches use a tighter thread construction to capture finer detail and smaller text more accurately. PVC patches are molded from flexible rubber for a bold three dimensional look that holds its shape through heavy use. Leather patches offer a premium natural material option that develops character over time with wear. Choosing the right patch style depends on your artwork, your garment, and the look you are going for. Have a inquiry about your custom patches? We have been producing patches for brands, organizations, and businesses since 2013 and we have knowledge on about every question out there. If you do not see what you are looking for below reach out directly and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We produce embroidered patches, woven patches, PVC patches, and leather patches. Each style has different characteristics and works better for certain types of artwork and garments. Reach out and we can help you figure out which one is right for your specific project.
Vector files like AI and EPS give us the cleanest results and are always preferred. We also accept PDF, PNG, and JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI at the actual patch size. Provide PMS or HEX color codes where possible so we can match your brand colors accurately.
Embroidered and woven patches have a standard production time of 10 to 14 business days after proof approval. PVC patches take 14 to 21 business days and leather patches take 10 to 14 business days. Rush options may be available depending on the order.
Our minimum order quantity for custom patches is 50-100 pieces depending on patch type.
Yes we offer patch application as an add on service. Reach out when you place your order and let us know which garments you need patched and we will include that in your quote.
