What Is Screen Printing
About Bulk Custom Screen Printing
Screen printing works by pushing ink through a mesh screen directly onto the surface of a fabric using a squeegee. Each color in your design requires its own screen, which means setup precision and color registration are everything. The ink is then heat cured into the fabric which creates a bond that holds up through years of washing without cracking or fading. Not every design translates to screen printing the same way. Large color fills, bold graphics, and high contrast artwork are where screen printing truly shines. Fine gradients and extremely small text require extra attention during the color separation and film output process before a single screen is burned. When the setup is done right screen printing delivers a richness and sharpness of color that no other decoration method can match at volume.

Vector files like AI and EPS are always preferred because they give us the cleanest color separation. We also accept PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Raster files must be at least 300 DPI at the actual print size. Files submitted at 72 DPI or screen resolution will not separate cleanly and can affect the sharpness of the final print. Provide your artwork in the exact PMS or HEX color codes you want matched where possible.
We screen print on a wide range of blanks including premium brands like Nike, Champion, Carhartt, and more. Cotton and cotton blend fabrics give the best results. Reach out with your specific style and we will let you know what works best.
Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days after mockup approval. Rush options may be available depending on the order size and complexity.
Our minimum order quantity for screen printing is 24 pieces. This allows us to set up screens properly and maintain consistent quality across every piece in the run.
Yes we accept customer supplied garments for screen printing. Reach out before shipping anything to us so we can confirm the fabric is compatible and walk you through the process.
