About Bulk Embroidery
Embroidery is the process of stitching a logo, design, or text directly into a fabric using a needle and thread. Unlike printing methods that sit on top of the garment, embroidery is physically woven into the material itself. That is what gives it a dimensional, textured look that holds up through years of washing and heavy use. Not every logo translates to embroidery the same way. Fine lines, small text, and complex gradients all require careful digitizing before a single stitch is made. Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork into a stitch file that tells the embroidery machine exactly how to recreate your design on fabric. When done right, embroidery is one of the most professional and durable decoration methods available. It adds a level of quality and permanence to any garment that printing simply cannot replicate.

Have a question about your embroidery order? We have been decorating premium apparel since 2013 and we have heard just about every question there is. If you do not see your answer below reach out directly and we will get back to you within 24 hours. No question is too small and no order is too complicated. We are here to make the process as easy as possible from your first email to final delivery.

Vector files like AI and EPS give us the cleanest results and are always preferred. We also accept PDF, PNG, and JPG files. If you are submitting a raster file like PNG or JPG it must be at least 300 DPI at the actual print size. Files submitted at 72 DPI or screen resolution will not digitize cleanly and may affect the final stitch quality. Your artwork should also be provided in the exact colors you want matched using PMS or HEX color codes where possible. If your file does not meet these requirements we will let you know before anything goes into production.
We work on over 50 premium brands including Nike, lululemon, Patagonia, Adidas, Vuori, Carhartt, Champion, Lacoste, and more.
Standard production time is 7 to 10 business days after mockup approval. Rush options may be available depending on the order.
Our minimum order quantity for embroidery is 24 pieces. This allows us to maintain the quality and consistency we hold every order to. Reach out if you have questions about your specific order size and we will help figure out the best path forward.
Yes we accept customer supplied garments for embroidery. Just reach out before shipping anything to us so we can walk you through the process.
